What this page covers

This page describes how information is handled on the Kokum Works website. It does not cover any Kokum Works product, which will carry its own policy when it is released.

Information we collect

This website has no account system, no contact form and no newsletter signup. There is nothing on it you can submit to us, and it asks you for no personal information.

How contact works

Contacting us starts with a panel offering three things: copy support@kokumworks.com to your clipboard, or open a new message in Gmail or in Outlook. Wherever the address itself appears on this site, clicking it copies it — nothing here hands your details to a mail application or anywhere else.

None of those send anything to us. Copying the address happens entirely in your browser. Opening Gmail or Outlook opens a compose window on Google’s or Microsoft’s own service, addressed and titled, with nothing filled in and nothing sent — what happens there is between you and that provider, under their privacy terms rather than ours. Writing to us is the only step that reaches Kokum Works.

If you do send that email, we receive whatever you put in it, and we use it to reply to you and to discuss the work you contacted us about.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

Hosting

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard request logs — such as IP address, browser user agent and the page requested — as part of normal operation and security.

Sharing

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Your choices

If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

This page will change as Kokum Works releases products and adds functionality to this site. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
